This is a contract position for an independent professional managing the clinician recruitment cycle within a growing provider network that offers customized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorder. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Evaluate new applicant submissions each day and keep comprehensive, precise candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Align applicants with specific clinical openings by considering their credentials, proximity, and schedule.
- Engage with candidates through email, text, and phone calls, conduct screening interviews, and re-engage dormant prospects.
- Oversee the full interview lifecycle, including coordinating schedules, confirming meetings, and performing follow-ups after interviews.
- Track candidate progress to keep system data up to date and report on recruitment barriers or roles that are failing to attract sufficient interest.
