This Receptionist position entails delivering key administrative support to partners in Australia from a base in the Philippines. You will serve as a main point of contact for internal staff and external clients, upholding high standards of communication and consistency. This role allows you to contribute to a collaborative, global team where you are expected to take initiative and provide high-quality service.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role.
• You must be proficient in Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• You should possess excellent verbal and written English skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a professional demeanor when on the phone.
• You must provide your own remote workspace equipped with a computer featuring an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB of RAM, along with a noise-canceling headset.
• You are required to have a stable internet connection with upload and download speeds of at least 40-50 Mbps, a secondary monitor, and a reliable power backup system.
• You must be available to work from 7AM to 4PM Manila time, Monday through Friday.
• You should be comfortable with the security, compliance, and administrative terms of an independent contractor agreement.

Responsibilities

• You will handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining a helpful and professional attitude.
• You will address client questions, use good judgment to resolve issues, and log precise messages to facilitate prompt follow-ups.
• You will manage email correspondence and assist with general administrative duties to ensure seamless operations.
• You will take full responsibility for completing assigned tasks and coordinate successfully with contractors, onshore specialists, and international colleagues.
• You will provide excellent service to staff and clients while ensuring all verbal and digital interactions adhere to professional standards.
