- You will be responsible for logging precise candidate data in ClickUp, drafting objective summaries to support candidates, and monitoring your own performance metrics.
- You will engage with fellow recruiters and mentors to improve recruitment workflows and proactively highlight issues regarding sourcing strategy or candidate standards.
