About the Role

- Maintain availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including posting vacancies on multiple channels and vetting candidates against established standards.
- Organize interviews, manage the interview schedule, and prepare documentation for hiring managers.
- Collect new hire paperwork, organize personnel records, and input caregiver data into AxisCare.
- Handle shift logistics, update relevant documentation, and communicate with caregivers via phone, text, or email to guarantee coverage.
- Finalize the scheduling process by Wednesday at the end of the workday for the subsequent two-week period.
- Engage in a recurring weekend on-call rotation to ensure consistent operations.
