About the Role

Requirements

- Strongly preferred background in subsea, oil and gas, marine, or offshore energy recruitment.
- Technical proficiency in CRM or applicant tracking platforms, with specific experience in Vincere, as well as competence in Boolean search methods and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to analyze metrics to improve hiring results.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, a direct leadership approach, and the ability to work independently while fostering talent and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functions of the recruitment staff, assign tasks, and monitor progress relative to deadlines.
