About the Role

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of work history in business development, proposal management, or proposal creation, preferably within the engineering, utility, or clean energy fields.

- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and editing, with the capacity to juggle several complex proposals at once.
- High level of competence using Adobe PDF and MS Office, with experience in Salesforce or Responsive considered a significant advantage.
- Strong ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines, combined with the flexibility to operate across every U.S. time zone.
- Prior exposure to utility or government procurement, pricing support, and PMP or CF APMP certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive bid pursuits from beginning to end, including the creation of detailed timelines, work plans, and submission deadlines.
- Draft and revise intricate sections, including management strategies, technical approaches, and narratives regarding past performance, while converting technical data into convincing prose.
- Implement version control protocols for all proposal documents and shared assets.
- Liaise with various departments to obtain necessary sign-offs and ensure final outputs adhere to all formatting rules and solicitation guidelines.
- Administer content within proposal management systems and work alongside the finance group to create budgets and pricing strategies.
- Monitor progress on multiple simultaneous projects to ensure internal efforts remain aligned with client needs.
