Requirements

• You should demonstrate robust analytical abilities, keen focus on precision, and expertise in spreadsheet tools and data analysis.
• You are required to have experience with Odoo or an equivalent ERP platform, along with a track record of auditing reports and confirming primary documentation.
• You must be capable of working self-sufficiently across various departments, upholding high levels of discretion, and adhering to firm deadlines.
• Background knowledge in procurement, stock management, accounting assistance, or operations is an advantage.
• You must exhibit superior writing and organizational capabilities.
• You must complete a video application where you introduce yourself, outline your experience, explain your interest, and showcase your autonomous problem-solving skills using clear audio and video.

Responsibilities

• You will verify that daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports are precise and substantiated by data within Odoo.
• You must detect data gaps, inaccuracies, redundant records, and inconsistencies, while also auditing staff workloads, finished assignments, and pending tasks.
• Your audit mandate covers procurement, project management, client orders, stock levels, service fulfillment, shipping, and billing.
• You will record your observations with proof, monitor every problem until a confirmed fix is achieved, and report major or persistent issues to leadership.
• You are expected to autonomously examine and validate internal reports, and construct a weekly audit summary for management that outlines outcomes and remaining points of concern.
