About the Role
As a Returns Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of merchant returns, acting as the main liaison for program management and account settings. Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in ecommerce operations, reverse logistics, fulfillment, or returns, with possible experience in 3PL or freight forwarding sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Direct experience using warehouse or returns-management systems and fundamental knowledge of freight and international shipping.
- High level of precision concerning financial documentation and account information.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with customers and manage several priorities and accounts autonomously.
- Fluent in English, with secondary benefits for those experienced in Shopify, customs procedures, pallet or carton consolidation, and coordinating tasks across international time zones.
Responsibilities
