- You will prepare forecasts for the competitive landscape for the upcoming 90 to 120 days, maintaining a forecast variance within three percent of actual results.
- You will draft and share weekly strategy updates regarding portfolio booking trends, strategy effectiveness, and potential financial threats or gains.
- You will work alongside teams in sales, marketing, and finance to refine length-of-stay requirements, customer segments, and booking sources.
