You are invited to join the go-to-market operations team as a Salesforce Analyst, where you will manage internal system performance. This position requires oversight of the GTM technology ecosystem to ensure workflows effectively serve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance departments. Requirements

• You should have at least two years of experience in sales operations, systems analysis, or GTM technology, ideally within a high-growth or B2B SaaS environment.
• You must have practical, hands-on experience using Salesforce, specifically with dashboards, reporting, permissions, flows, data imports, and validation rules.
• You need to be skilled at troubleshooting integrations involving tools such as Chili Piper, CPQ, and Gong.
• You should be familiar with or highly interested in utilizing tools like Zapier, n8n, or Workato to incorporate AI into operations.
• You must be based in Egypt, the Philippines, or Pakistan, as this is a fully remote role.
• You are required to be available for work between 9 am and 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
• A bachelor's degree is not required, provided you demonstrate the necessary technical skill and professional background.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the ongoing health of the GTM tech stack by handling deal desk inquiries, managing opportunity routing, and processing access requests and approvals.
• You will perform root-cause analysis on recurring technical problems and deploy sustainable, long-term resolutions.
• You will create and update flows, validation rules, and AI-enabled workflows to improve internal efficiencies.
• You will lead GTM projects of varying sizes, overseeing the lifecycle from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, documenting, and ensuring user adoption.
• You will serve as the administrator for data accuracy, ensuring Salesforce acts as the primary source of truth through routine maintenance, data imports, and system oversight.
• You will handle user provisioning and generate thorough internal documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and release notes to assist with new team member training.
