Requirements

- Show practical background in HMI design, SCADA system integration, and logic scripting, along with knowledge of SEL hardware, Rockwell Automation components, and industrial networking.
- Maintain a foundational grasp of BESS, substation protection, and the operations of solar energy facilities, plus an understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
- Exhibit high-level English written and verbal communication skills, advanced ability in Microsoft Office 365, and the flexibility to work across rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Address various Managed Engine requests, including the resolution of HMI display faults, alarm discrepancies, network or data communication disruptions, and RTAC or CAISO RIG errors.
- Execute routine tasks such as applying software updates, configuring driver modules, editing tag points, and administering SCADA user credentials.
- Provide remote guidance to onsite technicians, create reports on performance, and aid international operators while strictly adhering to SLA requirements.
- Engage in regular meetings, update the internal support manual with documented procedures, and prepare weekly reports regarding billable hours and performance metrics.
