Requirements

- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP.

- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Yardi, experience with hospitality industry fixed assets, or knowledge of capital project software like Transcendent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee capital projects, including the monitoring of invoices, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project commitments.
- Manage fixed-asset and construction-in-progress records, including processes for capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, retirements, and write-offs.
- Generate detailed reports on capital expenditure and construction, analyze financial variances, and process necessary job-cost and adjusting entries.
- Verify capital expenditure invoices and purchase requests against internal controls to confirm accuracy.
- Provide support for lease schedule management, insurance accounting, and fleet oversight.
- Produce audit-ready documentation and offer guidance to stakeholders regarding project records and asset categorization.
