Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable for hospitality properties, including tracking aging reports, pursuing outstanding debts, and posting payments to appropriate folios within the property management software.
- Analyze hotel guest ledgers and direct-bill balances to flag collection hazards or outstanding items.
- Facilitate the setup of direct-billing accounts and ensure all supporting documentation is properly stored.
- Execute weekly travel agent commission cycles via TACS, perform reconciliations between system data and the CorPay Extranet, and investigate payment discrepancies to reach a resolution.
- Supervise cash and credit card reconciliation, coordinate write-offs, manage chargeback challenges, and complete balance sheet filings while ensuring thorough audit trails are kept for all portfolios.
