- Reconcile balance sheets and corporate bank accounts, identifying and rectifying any variances.
- Manage cash logging, prepaid expense monitoring, and transfers between related corporate entities.
- Execute tax filings, such as state and local income tax payments and multi-jurisdictional sales tax reports.
- Lead the preparation of documentation and schedules required for bank examinations and yearly financial audits.
- Work alongside internal teams to improve accounting workflows, bolster internal control measures, and uphold compliance with company standards and U.S. GAAP.
