An experienced Senior Accountant is needed to manage treasury and payment duties for a portfolio of property management assets. Requirements

- Maintain practical experience in treasury, accounts payable, and cash management functions.
- Display high-level Excel proficiency, specifically with pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Maintain effective communication skills in written English and the capacity to work autonomously in a virtual environment.
- Obtaining a US or Philippine CPA license is highly desired.
- Experience using property management software such as AppFolio is preferred.
- Background in debt service administration or using commercial banking portals is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly cash balances across various bank accounts while reconciling banking records to the general ledger and addressing any variances.
- Manage the review of approved invoices, create and issue payment batches, and execute wire or ACH transfers with full documentation.
- Track loan obligations and interest payments while managing documentation for lenders.
- Develop month-end financial documents, including journal entries and materials ready for audit.
- Address inquiries from external auditors and lending institutions.
- Locate and fix accounting inaccuracies.
- Help design and implement new procedures and automated systems to improve internal financial oversight.
