Requirements

- Experience with property management systems like Opera or Yardi, as well as familiarity with the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- You will lead month-end closing procedures, such as reviewing statements and recording accruals for payroll and utilities alongside reclassification entries.
- You will conduct routine assessments of hotel revenue and trial-balance figures against system records to identify and fix discrepancies.
- You will perform reconciliations for cash, credit cards, and balance sheets while validating and approving payables via platforms such as ePro, Concur, or Yardi.
- You will generate property-level financial reports, execute P&L and variance analysis, and share findings with relevant internal parties.
- You will handle inquiries regarding commission payments, virtual card transactions, and billing inaccuracies related to online travel agencies.
- You will maintain precise accounting documentation, assist with audit preparations, and provide support for annual year-end tasks and monthly forecasts.
