Requirements

• Minimum of six years of professional experience in an integrated or digital creative agency environment.
• Provide a portfolio that demonstrates substantial creative results across digital and traditional media.
• High level of proficiency in artificial intelligence tools including Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Firefly, Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, and ComfyUI.
• Expertise in foundational design elements such as color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
• Ability to work across various mediums, including film, motion, social, print, and branding.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on mentoring junior designers.
• Experience in refining internal templates and establishing more effective creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee art direction and conceptual development for various formats, such as brand identity, social media, film, web, and display ads.
• Manage the creative lifecycle from the early concept stage through final production, maintaining brand standards and output excellence.
• Leverage artificial intelligence to streamline prototyping, research, moodboarding, and large-scale media production.
• Develop and promote workflows that increase the team's creative velocity and overall efficiency.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members while serving as a primary point of contact for client presentations.
• Work closely with project and account management teams to guarantee that deliverables are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
