Responsibilities
- Manage the daily administration of the accounts inbox, handle vendor invoicing, and supervise payment schedules on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Perform thorough reconciliations for banking accounts, credit card statements, and marketplace distributions.
- Issue invoices and proforma documentation using software including Xero, ERP systems, and NuORDER.
- Lead month-end tasks, such as balance sheet reconciliations and accrual entries.
- Draft monthly management accounts, margin analyses, and royalty statements.
- File quarterly VAT returns and manage obligations related to import duties.
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools for accounts payable and receivable and oversee approval processes.
- Create and update financial documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Assist outside accountants with year-end preparations.
