- Capacity to oversee complex reconciliations, multi-currency accounts, and inventory records.
- Strong written communication skills, a focus on high-quality output, and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-accountants.
- Comfortable working in tandem with AI, including auditing its output, fixing errors, and providing clear, organized feedback.
- Reliable judgment for escalating problems and total accountability for your assigned client files.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of client bookkeeping, covering accounts receivable and payable, transaction categorization, account reconciliations, and fixed-asset management.
- Review tasks completed by AI tools for precision, formally documenting mistakes and proposing necessary adjustments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing routine accounting questions and simplifying financial data for business owners and financial managers.
- Spot consistent issues, report them to leadership and product developers, and help validate workflow enhancements.
- Configure and refine settings within Xero and related applications to maintain efficient and accurate processing of client data.
