About the Role

- Structure diverse credit arrangements including refinances, equity releases, cash-outs, pre-approvals, and straightforward SMSF applications.
- Prepare and lodge thorough loan submissions using the Connective system and handle any subsequent information requests to expedite processing.
- Examine all provided paperwork for accuracy and credit viability, assessing risk factors and suggesting alternative solutions prior to finalization.
- Keep records updated and manage your loan pipeline within the Mercury CRM platform.
- Engage regularly with lending institutions and business development managers to facilitate successful outcomes.
