Requirements

• You must be located in the Philippines and hold significant senior-level experience in the Australian mortgage credit sector.
• Possess advanced proficiency in policy interpretation, loan servicing, and complex structuring, particularly involving self-employed applicants, SMSFs, and Trusts.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with extreme precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and professionally within a remote setting, ensuring your working hours align with the Australian business week (Monday to Friday).
• Maintain a reliable Windows or Mac computer, a headset, a webcam, and a stable internet connection with a secondary backup source.
• Maintain a leadership-oriented and proactive mindset with a dedication to ongoing development.
• You must operate as an independent contractor and clearly indicate this status on your LinkedIn profile.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle credit evaluations for a varied client base, ensuring every submission adheres to internal quality standards and NCCP regulations.
• Execute intricate servicing computations for diverse income streams and build loan structures that match client goals and lender criteria.
• Analyze and compare lender policies to propose the most effective options and compile professional, submission-ready documentation.
• Proactively detect and reduce credit risks, handle escalated credit matters, and promptly address inquiries from lenders.
• Update and manage data accurately within internal CRM and workflow platforms.
• Assist in creating standard operating procedures and offer technical mentorship to less experienced team members to build a high-performance environment.
