As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in directing daily financial operations throughout the APAC region, contributing financial expertise and commercial perspective to an expanding global enterprise. You will be tasked with directing the regional finance department, collaborating with executive and operational staff to foster growth, while maintaining rigorous financial standards and operational efficiency across various corporate entities.

Requirements

• You must hold a CPA license from the Philippines, with credentials such as ACCA, CIMA, or CGMA considered a plus.
• A minimum of eight years of professional accounting and finance background is required, including expertise in financial oversight, reporting, and forecasting.
• You must demonstrate a track record of leadership, particularly in supervising teams distributed across various geographic locations and time zones.
• Proficiency in managing multi-entity and multi-currency accounting is mandatory, alongside advanced Excel capabilities and financial modeling expertise.
• Background in a creative, media, or marketing firm is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with cross-jurisdictional tax compliance and the Paprika platform.
• You need strong English communication skills and the ability to explain intricate financial information to colleagues outside of the finance department.

Responsibilities

• You will supervise daily financial activities for all APAC branches while guiding and nurturing the local finance staff.
• Your core tasks include managing the monthly closing cycle on a tight schedule, verifying balance sheet accuracy, and producing precise management reports such as accruals and revenue recognition.
• You will supervise regional revenue projections, heading weekly meetings and four-month forecasts, while also handling the annual budgeting process and monthly variance reporting.
• You will offer commercial guidance to client services and operations regarding the profitability and performance of specific projects.
• Your duties include supervising legal compliance, directing annual audits, monitoring cash flow projections, and maintaining strict control over project costs.
• You will further aim to enhance internal control measures, improve financial reporting tools, and implement process optimizations while delivering performance briefings to leadership.
