About the Role

This senior-level position involves leading the creation of marketing software and intricate system integrations. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive web-based solutions, such as user dashboards and portals, alongside the engineering of advanced AI agents. Your mandate covers the entire software development life cycle, spanning architectural planning, backend construction, deployment, ongoing monitoring, and fostering user engagement. The core mission is to develop scalable, functional architectures that translate artificial intelligence features into actionable marketing performance insights.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of 5 years in software engineering with a proven history of managing applications in production environments.
• Advanced skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, React or Next.js, and Node.js are required, along with working knowledge of Python.
• You must be experienced in constructing SQL or PostgreSQL databases, managing API architecture, and setting up multi-tenant security frameworks.
• You should have a documented history of building AI agents and managing external integrations, specifically dealing with rate limiting and secure credential storage.
• Practical experience is required in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) as well as Docker, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
• You need functional expertise in marketing APIs for Google and Meta, conversion tracking methodologies, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• You must possess a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a private home office, and your own hardware that meets the necessary technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• You will design interactive web interfaces, server-side services, and systems for role-based authentication.
• Your role involves architecting AI agents capable of tool usage, data retrieval, process orchestration, and integrating human validation workflows.
• You will manage cloud-based infrastructure, utilize Docker, oversee CI/CD processes, and monitor system performance to guarantee stability and budget-friendly operations.
• You will build detailed marketing visualization dashboards to report on conversion metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• You will develop and support key integrations connecting Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and different CRM platforms to facilitate consistent data synchronization, lead management, and record deduplication.
• You will manage technical documentation, perform peer code reviews to mentor staff, and deploy automated test suites to uphold rigorous development standards.
