Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows Server environments along with essential infrastructure services.
- Administer Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, group policies, and identity/user account systems.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams.
- Maintain storage operations, physical servers, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery or backup solutions to ensure continuity.
- Provide support for network components such as VPNs, switches, and firewalls.
- Serve as a Tier II/III escalation contact to resolve intricate application and infrastructure issues.
- Conduct vulnerability remediation and system patching.
- Document technical processes and participate in infrastructure upgrade projects while working with internal and external parties.
