Requirements

• You must hold a degree in information technology, computer science, or a comparable discipline, or have matching professional experience.
• A minimum of five years of full-stack software engineering experience in a commercial environment is required.
• You need high-level expertise in C# and .NET, along with front-end development capabilities and a strong grasp of SQL.
• Proven experience in developing APIs, managing system integrations, and utilizing the Microsoft ecosystem, such as SharePoint or Azure, is necessary.
• Previous work with ERP systems is mandatory, while proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, or AI-integrated development tools is highly preferred.
• You should be capable of working autonomously, overseeing project schedules, and explaining intricate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You must possess legal authorization to work in Australia and pass all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the complete application lifecycle, from initial architecture and coding to testing and final deployment across UI, business logic, and data layers.
• Your core tasks include building and improving .NET software, ERP platforms, and low-code solutions, alongside creating integrations for internal services, cloud environments, and external vendors.
• You will ensure the uptime of vital systems by performing troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and delivering third-level technical support.
• Additionally, you will update outdated software, perform peer reviews to uphold code quality, and maintain thorough documentation for all work.
• You will collaborate with business partners to convert needs into functional designs, provide professional development for colleagues, and encourage the adoption of contemporary tools, such as AI-driven workflows.
• Your role also involves tracking project status, mitigating potential risks, and guaranteeing that all outputs meet defined service level agreements.
