About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Utilities Architect to offer comprehensive technical and functional guidance across our utility software portfolio. This position acts as a focal point for managing sophisticated deployments of Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG. Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of expertise in implementing Oracle Utilities, specifically CC&B, C2M, CCS, MDM, and SGG.
- Expertise in batch monitoring, thread management, and batch processing architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Java, SQL, Groovy, PL-SQL, and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
- Proven history of managing and leading technical and functional personnel, with particular experience directing offshore engineering teams.
- Professional certification in Oracle Utilities implementations is preferred.
- Familiarity with NERC-CIP regulations, ITIL incident management processes, and SOC 2 Type II compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and debug high-volume data ingestion and multi-threaded processing workflows.
- Act as the primary contact for Level 2 and Level 3 production support, conducting root-cause investigations into integration delays and batch processing errors.
- Direct engineering staff in the creation of algorithms, refactoring of components, and deployment of web services.
- Supervise essential utility operations, such as device management lifecycles, VEE rules, and usage calculations.
- Manage technical impact evaluations for system updates, refreshes, and patches.
- Guarantee deployment excellence and prevent regressions by enforcing strict testing protocols.
