Senior Product Owner

About the Role

This platform specializes in third-party risk management, assisting organizations in addressing threats related to environmental, social, and governance standards, modern slavery, corruption, and anti-bribery throughout their supply chains. Utilizing a methodology focused on exploring, enhancing, and engaging, the organization provides scalable solutions, including automated screening and deep due diligence, to promote operational transparency and ethics. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in connecting technical implementation with product strategy. Your work will involve contributing to a team dedicated to sustainable, compliant, and high-impact risk management solutions, while also influencing future product roadmaps and capability development.

Requirements

• You must possess six to ten years of experience in a Product Owner or comparable role, preferably within a B2B SaaS setting, and demonstrate a history of managing product areas from inception to completion with measurable results.
• You are required to hold legal authorization to work in the Philippines and demonstrate C1 or C2 level English fluency.
• A robust understanding of agile methodologies is required, along with an analytical, detail-oriented approach to dissecting complex issues into organized requirements.
• You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing conflicting priorities across multiple products, and explaining technical trade-offs to diverse audiences.
• Background in due diligence or regulatory compliance is highly advantageous, and prior experience with AI-integrated product development is viewed favorably.
• You must be available to align your schedule with UK business hours until 12pm GMT.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee product backlogs and drive delivery success across several platforms, converting high-level strategic goals into prioritized roadmaps and task-oriented requirements.
• You will craft user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, while managing day-to-day trade-offs between technical maintenance, new feature development, and client requirements.
• Your duties include conducting discovery workshops, collaborating with UX/UI designers to test concepts, and ensuring that completed projects deliver quantifiable value.
• You will serve as the final authority on scope, facilitate the removal of obstacles for your team, and manage cross-functional dependencies across different geographic regions.
• You will establish benchmarks for story writing, provide mentorship to Business Analysts and fellow Product Owners, and perform User Acceptance Testing to verify that features meet specifications.
• You will work alongside Data and AI departments to transform sophisticated requirements for explainable AI-driven features into actionable, production-ready documentation.
