Requirements

• You must hold a bachelor’s degree in a field such as life sciences, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or project management, or possess equivalent training and professional experience.
• You need comprehensive knowledge of ICH standards, Good Clinical Practice, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• You are required to be proficient in project management software and all Microsoft Office tools.
• You must possess excellent time management and organizational abilities, work well independently, and demonstrate strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• You should have the interpersonal capability to engage, persuade, and inform diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
• While this is a remote position, you should be open to occasional travel, ideally around 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the strategy and implementation of clinical trial components, partnering with the Project Lead to keep projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Your duties include managing internal teams and external suppliers, while acting as an expert resource for project management techniques and tools.
• You will prepare and disseminate financial documentation for specific studies to ensure fiscal health and perform continuous evaluation of project metrics to achieve objectives.
• You will record project goals and requirements, direct status reporting, and mitigate risks by identifying issues and facilitating prompt solutions.
• You will supervise quality control processes, including preparation for internal evaluations and formal audits.
• You will provide guidance to junior colleagues and organize their work to maintain high levels of output and project success.
