Senior Recruiter – FSP

About the Role

An experienced professional is needed to join a global division as a Senior Recruiter. You will oversee end-to-end hiring procedures across multiple business areas to maintain the acquisition of premier personnel. By serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, you will design sourcing methods and create strong candidate pools that align with organizational objectives while prioritizing an outstanding candidate journey. As a senior-level team member, you will offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced recruiters to promote a cooperative and efficient workplace. This position enables you to contribute to a scientific leader's goals while working with international stakeholders and utilizing analytical data to improve hiring workflows. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of six years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
• Previous work history in clinical research or the contract research organization (CRO) sector is desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in managing global internal and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools, with specific preference for Workday experience.
• Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques, such as social media outreach, direct sourcing, and Boolean search strings.
• Advanced skills in data reporting, dashboard development, and Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; professional proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, French, or German is highly valued.
• Strong project management skills, a deep understanding of labor law, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously within a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from mid-level to executive, encompassing tasks from initial sourcing and resume evaluation to interview coordination.
• Work alongside human resources and department managers to create and implement successful talent acquisition plans while maintaining precise record-keeping in company software.
• Deliver analytical reports and productivity metrics to leadership while consulting with business partners on labor market developments and staffing challenges.
• Direct team activities, share corporate updates, and offer hands-on coaching and instruction to junior staff.
• Serve as the lead contact for various department initiatives and participate in career fairs and hiring events.
• Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and employment regulations.
