Responsibilities

- Detect gaps in project scope, address inconsistencies within drawings, and formally record all allowances and assumptions.
- Oversee the tender phase, managing contingencies, margins, and value-engineering, and transition finalized estimates into trade packages and purchase orders.
- Assist with the preparation of subcontract agreements, cost tracking, progress claims, and the upkeep of rate books, records, and drawing updates.
