About the Role

- Reside in the Philippines and commit to a full-time schedule aligned with U.S. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive user experiences for AI-based tools, spanning from initial ideation and flow mapping to functional, high-fidelity prototypes.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as Lovable for rapid iteration and conduct integrations within VS Code.
- Produce necessary design artifacts including personas, scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, and storyboards.
- Oversee and update the design system, ensuring consistency in navigation, UI components, and iconography.
- Organize and lead design-focused workshops and present strategic design concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic usability testing and lean research to validate designs and drive iterative enhancements.
