The SEO Outreach Specialist is responsible for establishing a robust organic foundation and developing a scalable system for link acquisition for global AI healthcare solutions. Collaborating with the organic growth and go-to-market teams, you will improve the brand's digital visibility to connect advanced tools with the healthcare professionals who require them. This position offers the chance to influence the organic growth trajectory of a company focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare, and consulting.

Requirements

• You need at least three years of professional experience in SEO outreach, supported by a proven track record of successful placements.
• Proficiency in utilizing Ahrefs and various tools for contact discovery is required, paired with strong attention to detail and excellent writing abilities.
• You must have the capability to evaluate traffic, domain authority, relevance, and potential risks.
• Candidates must be independent workers with a history of meeting deadlines, possessing current knowledge of organic outreach strategies, link-building trends, and modern AI-based methods for improving domain authority.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a helpful addition but is not mandatory.
• You must be ready to achieve specific onboarding goals, such as setting up reporting systems, creating a significant prospect database, and obtaining qualified backlinks within the initial six weeks.

Responsibilities

• You will evaluate and select authoritative, highly relevant domains that correspond with specific topics and URLs.
• You will execute custom email campaigns to obtain resource mentions, quoted expert insights, and guest contributions, while confirming indexation quality and dofollow link status.
• Your duties include pitching expert commentary and data-driven stories to publishers and media outlets, using specialized software to streamline enrichment and prospecting tasks.
• You will be accountable for documenting results, addressing content updates, and monitoring metrics including placement rates, link velocity, referral traffic, response rates, and SEO ranking improvements.
• Working alongside the go-to-market and organic growth departments, you will present insights every two weeks to maintain a metrics-focused strategy for expanding link-building operations.
