About the Role

As a Shopify Administrator, you will be essential in establishing, configuring, and overseeing a top-tier e-commerce platform. Your duties will span from the initial site launch to continuous management, ensuring every aspect of the store is tuned for peak performance. Working in tandem with the founder, you will enjoy significant autonomy in handling day-to-day operations. You are expected to transform strategic goals into a polished, user-friendly shopping interface while safeguarding the technical and visual quality of the site. Your role goes beyond mere maintenance; you will act as an advocate for growth by suggesting layout enhancements, optimizing the customer path, researching operational needs, and upholding a premium brand appearance. Through constant monitoring and site adjustments, you will help propel the business and keep the storefront both captivating and competitive.

Requirements

• You should possess practical experience in the administration of Shopify platforms, preferably within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
• You must demonstrate mastery in essential e-commerce functions such as site maintenance, inventory tracking, payment setups, and product listings.
• You need a solid understanding of e-commerce SEO, specifically regarding the optimization of metadata and URLs.
• You should exhibit strong visual intuition and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality standards across all web assets.
• You are required to have excellent research and analytical abilities, enabling you to troubleshoot problems and master new systems without assistance.
• You must possess high-level English proficiency to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of creative design software, analytics, or AI-integrated e-commerce tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the end-to-end setup and upkeep of the Shopify store, handling internal settings and payment gateway integrations.
• You will curate and manage the product database, including the upkeep of pricing, inventory counts, imagery, and written descriptions.
• You will assist in SEO and AEO initiatives to improve the site's visibility and functional output.
• You will investigate and resolve technical hurdles by performing independent research to apply suitable fixes.
• You will execute regular quality audits on product pages, site data, and visual assets to guarantee absolute precision.
• You will propose and implement layout and user experience upgrades to increase visitor interaction.
• You will partner with the founder to ensure e-commerce activities match the company's long-term vision while you handle routine tasks with self-reliance and professionalism.
