The Short-Term Rental Supply Coordinator is a vital post in this dynamic environment, focused on overseeing the supply chain operations to ensure seamless property performance. You will be instrumental in upholding quality levels, managing logistical schedules, and building productive partnerships with cleaning staff and third-party vendors to deliver superior results for guests and hosts.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of two to three years of recent professional experience in the short-term rental sector.
• You must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in software such as Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker to track metrics and spot operational patterns.
• You should demonstrate excellent organizational skills to balance multiple tasks, combined with effective communication and networking capabilities.
• You must be a team player who is eager to suggest process enhancements and maintains a focus on the customer experience.
• You are required to work a rotating shift pattern from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Perth time.
• You must have a private, quiet work environment supplied with a webcam, a headset, and reliable, high-speed internet connectivity.
• You are responsible for providing your own computing hardware, which must include a laptop or desktop with at least 8GB of RAM, a 128GB SSD, and a quad-core 2.5GHz processor.

Responsibilities

• You will recruit, select, and integrate cleaners in assigned regions while tracking their efficiency using operational metrics.
• Your tasks include interviewing candidates, overseeing test cleanings, delivering constructive feedback, organizing training sessions, and managing disciplinary actions or terminations as required.
• You will oversee cleaning, maintenance, and linen logistics, making real-time adjustments to ensure services are provided on time.
• You will serve as the point of contact for contractors and vendors, developing these partnerships and ensuring their output meets defined standards.
• Your daily workflow involves processing operational queries, handling administrative chores like payment scheduling and invoice management, and collaborating with internal departments to refine workflows for better efficiency and guest outcomes.
