Simpro Administrator – Pumping Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a committed Simpro Administrator to assist with pumping system activities. This is a remote position tailored for a professional capable of overseeing administrative tasks, service coordination, and production pipelines. You will be part of an active team that prioritizes professional development and offers strong support to staff operating in global time zones. This role is vital for operational productivity, functioning as the internal authority on Simpro while guaranteeing precise data management and standardized procedures throughout the organization. By serving as the main resource for system questions and operational enhancements, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless performance for Australian leadership and clients.

Requirements

• You should possess a minimum of three years of practical experience using Simpro or a similar job-costing platform in fields such as engineering, manufacturing, or the trades.
• You must be skilled in production support, service management, or general administration, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and data management.
• You need to have high proficiency in written English and the confidence to engage with Australian partners.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook and Excel, is mandatory.
• You must be capable of working autonomously across different time zones, supported by a dependable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.
• Background in ISO 9001, reporting, stock management, bill of materials, or quality documentation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will generate and modify service tasks, assign technicians to specific timeframes, and coordinate correspondence with field personnel and clients.
• Your tasks include validating expenses for labor, supplies, and contractors, generating invoices, and securing required documentation to facilitate prompt billing.
• You will handle inventory distribution and procurement requests, while also finalizing finished projects with relevant paperwork and summaries.
• You will oversee Simpro core data, manage access rights and document formats, and conduct regular audits of data integrity.
• You will supervise production sequences, which includes managing revisions for inspection and test plans (ITPs), tracking project status, and assisting with monthly financial closures.
• Finally, you will conduct internal training sessions, produce instructional guides, and work with the software vendor to manage system updates and resolve technical issues.
