- Direct the enhancement of CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and work with DevOps professionals to refine system stability and cloud resource utilization.
- Execute technical documentation, unit tests, and comprehensive code evaluations.
- Provide Level 3 application assistance, performing root-cause investigations, system enhancements, and incident management.
- Proactively detect performance issues, oversee technical risks, and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to support their career progression.
- Partner with actuaries, data scientists, and product managers to convert functional needs into high-caliber production software.
