Requirements

Responsibilities
- You will manage end-to-end accounting tasks, which include data organization, cash reconciliation, and the preparation and entry of journal records.
- You will manage specific month-end close procedures for the parent firm and its branches while keeping schedules for prepaid items and fixed assets updated.
- You will uphold U.S. GAAP standards and internal controls by creating workflow documentation, recommending operational enhancements, and engaging in SOX testing and record-keeping.
- You will work alongside the Payroll and Accounts Payable departments, help with irregular financial reporting requests, and function as the primary liaison for outside auditors by organizing documentation for their review.
