About the Role

This consulting organization specializes in business transformation, technology, and strategy, serving as a leading North American partner for Oracle NetSuite. The firm assists clients in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, software, finance, and manufacturing by delivering customized technology services, including managed support, application integration, and system optimization. You will join as a Staff NetSuite Consultant, operating in a remote capacity as a primary advisor to guide clients through complex digital transitions. The role emphasizes professional growth, collaborative teamwork, and the execution of comprehensive technology projects that foster business expansion.

Requirements

• You should hold a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.
• You are expected to have two to three years of practical experience with NetSuite administration or consulting, including a minimum of five full project implementations.
• Technical proficiency with SuiteCloud Platform tools is required, specifically SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage team and client relations professionally.
• Background experience in supply chain, finance, or accounting is considered a strong asset.
• You should display sound judgment when addressing complex problems and demonstrate the ability to work productively in a remote setting.
• You must be prepared to travel to client sites up to 30 percent of the time.
• Possessing NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• You will function as the project lead for comprehensive implementation lifecycles, managing all stages from initial planning and design to build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Your duties include hosting requirements-gathering sessions, conducting discovery workshops, mapping business processes, and performing fit/gap assessments to define future-state workflows.
• You will generate functional system designs, prepare technical documentation, and work alongside technical specialists to create tailored solutions.
• Additionally, you will oversee Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, manage data conversion initiatives, and provide training for end users.
• You will engage in project governance tasks like status updates and change management, while also supporting internal projects, mentorship of staff, and market development activities.
