About the Role
We are searching for a precise Supplier Operations Associate to become part of our staff. This position is vital to our objective of delivering premium, bespoke BPO solutions by overseeing the essential onboarding of new suppliers and verifying the accuracy of product catalog data within our system. You will serve as the main liaison for suppliers, assisting them through technical procedures and confirming that all product details are precise and prepared for implementation. Requirements
- You must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have between 2 and 3 years of experience in a business role that interacts with clients and handles product or catalog information.
- You should have intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the capability to manipulate large datasets and intricate spreadsheets.
- You need to demonstrate strong organizational abilities, extreme attention to detail, and the capacity to function autonomously.
- You must exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills, along with technical experience in Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM software such as Hubspot.
- You should possess basic technical knowledge for managing integration requirements, with SQL experience being an added advantage.
Responsibilities
