About the Role

Requirements

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with availability to work according to Australian business hours.

Responsibilities
- Adjust procurement strategies using sales projections and monitor stock counts for every SKU and channel to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Establish and manage safety stock levels, reorder triggers, and inventory duration targets, while executing and monitoring purchase orders with vendors.
- Manage procurement of components, labels, and packaging materials while developing landed-cost analyses to capture efficiencies in unit pricing, shipping, and taxes.
- Supervise manufacturing schedules and coordinate global air and sea transit, including regulatory import processes and documentation.
- Direct inbound logistics with third-party warehouse partners and perform inventory and cost-of-goods-sold reconciliations with the finance department.
- Deliver recurring updates on purchase order status, supply chain metrics, and inventory health to assist with cash flow planning.
