Responsibilities
- Direct system integrations and oversee technical implementations for primary operational workflows.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix complex system errors and application defects to maintain operational performance.
- Develop and support custom integrations connecting Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL providers.
- Define technical strategies for projects, pinpoint recurring operational friction, and execute long-term resolutions.
- Work in partnership with wholesale, logistics, and operations teams to build scalable solutions and assist engineering teams with internal tool creation.
