We are seeking individuals with a substantial background in systems integration, failure analysis, reliability testing, and manufacturing. This initiative values applied engineering intuition above theoretical study, requiring you to successfully troubleshoot, validate, and qualify hardware in practical environments. Requirements

• You should have a minimum of five years of work experience in reliability, systems, test, or integration engineering, including at least three years of direct, hands-on hardware involvement.
• You must show a history of serving as the lead engineer for intricate physical products, managing the entire lifecycle from initial requirements through production and field support.
• You need deep technical proficiency in a specialized area such as hardware integration, failure analysis, production test engineering, or requirements and V&V.
• You must be highly skilled in techniques such as FMECA, FMEA, root-cause analysis, and design-for-test.
• You should be proficient at characterizing and integrating physical hardware using automated test systems and lab instrumentation.
• You must have previous work experience in sectors like medical devices, robotics, semiconductors, automotive, or aerospace.
