As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you serve a key function in this objective by developing and maintaining the skilled teams responsible for these instructional breakthroughs. You will operate in an inclusive, cooperative setting where you can influence growth in the education SaaS sector by securing essential personnel. Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to handle various simultaneous searches independently across time zones.
• Experience recruiting for roles based in the US, ideally while based in an EMEA or APAC region, with the readiness to synchronize your work schedule with US hours.
• Expertise using applicant tracking software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Ashby.
• Demonstrated proficiency in proactively identifying passive candidates through modern, creative channels and utilizing AI tools for outreach, screening, and sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building effective partnerships with hiring managers.
• Capacity to thrive in shifting environments, display initiative on unassigned tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and supply valid documentation for identity verification and local regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process to provide a smooth journey for hiring teams and job seekers.
• Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, G&A, and Customer Support to determine hiring goals and establish necessary qualifications and duties.
• Develop comprehensive sourcing plans that target passive job seekers using creative methods and platforms.
• Evaluate and interview prospective employees, forwarding the most qualified individuals to relevant hiring managers.
• Monitor all recruitment data and candidate status updates through the Ashby applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to handle the offer stage, which includes creating compensation plans, obtaining authorizations, and finalizing the hiring cycle.
• Execute additional recruitment-related duties as required.
