About the Role
We are hiring a Team Lead for the Customer Value Manager department. - Facilitate workshops on customer value metrics, create strategic roadmaps, and perform regular status updates and value assessments.
- Track client health, foster trusted advisor relationships, and collaborate with Account Executives to prepare for contract renewals.
- Serve as the main escalation contact for the team, conduct recurring team meetings, oversee account distribution, and encourage internal knowledge transfer and cross-departmental cooperation.
- Assist with marketing initiatives for customers and distribute product updates, best practices, and internal information to ensure clients achieve maximum ROI from our software solutions.
