Team Lead – Senior Technical QA, Architecture, BIM, or Construction Delivery Background

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead with expertise in technical quality assurance, architectural design, building information modeling, or construction project management to work remotely from the Philippines. In this capacity, you will mentor junior associates and delivery experts to guarantee that project outputs meet strict standards for precision and punctuality. You will serve as the primary link between technical production and client needs, ensuring that every submission is thoroughly vetted for consistency. Requirements

• You must hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• You should have a comprehensive grasp of construction documentation, with the capacity to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings, as well as fit-out specifications.
• You need extensive experience in project delivery, BIM, or technical quality management, demonstrating your ability to verify work for consistency and completeness.
• You must be highly proficient in English and possess prior experience guiding, mentoring, or training staff in a corporate environment.
• You should have advanced skills in tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• You need strong analytical abilities to oversee data, trackers, and spreadsheets, along with the capacity to operate autonomously in a remote setting with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• You will supervise the everyday tasks of junior quality assurance staff and delivery professionals.
• You will take accountability for the precision and schedule adherence of all team outputs, performing comprehensive audits before client submission.
• You will assist the team in deciphering technical materials like 3D models, redlines, and requests for information, while managing weekly workload scheduling based on member bandwidth and expertise.
• You will keep project records, tracking tools, and status updates current to guarantee visibility into operations.
• You will offer formal coaching and constructive input to build the team's proficiency in using platforms and reading construction documents.
• You will pinpoint recurring obstacles to propose workflow enhancements, flag risks in a timely manner, and synchronize with distributed team members across various stages of configuration, mapping, and project completion.
