About the Role
We are searching for a Technical Integration Consultant to become part of our advisory practice. Your work will involve leading clients through the entire lifecycle of Coupa solutions, covering selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration. You will play a central role in comprehensive deployments, overseeing project execution, change management, and technical redesigns, while enhancing existing workflows. You will gain experience across the complete Coupa ecosystem—such as Expenses, Procurement, Payables, and Asset Management—and integrate AI-driven tools into client architectures. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of two years of professional consulting or industry experience.
- Demonstrate functional or technical competency in financial system deployments like NetSuite, SAP, Ariba, or Coupa.
- Show direct experience with at least two full-cycle implementations and skill in managing module configuration design.
- Exhibit proficiency in architecting intricate multi-cloud integration solutions and connecting with ERP platforms.
- Maintain hands-on experience building automated integrations through ETL tools.
- Provide evidence of developing RESTful API integrations, ideally using Talend Studio.
- Show a dedication to using approved AI tools and the capacity to balance several critical projects while ensuring quality and managing client needs.
- Hold a Coupa certification, which is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders regarding Coupa selection, transformation, and configuration.
- Manage all stages of implementation, encompassing project oversight, change management, requirement gathering, design, and testing.
- Execute chart of account redesigns, support supplier enablement, and facilitate system integrations while applying industry best practices across the Coupa product line.
- Build and deploy approved AI-based solutions and continuously look for ways to leverage AI technology to improve client delivery and internal productivity.
- Engage in firm-level activities such as talent acquisition, mentoring, business development, and practice expansion.
- Deliver performance improvement and cost-optimization strategies to provide measurable value to our clients.
