Requirements

- Candidates fluent in regional languages like Visayan or Ilocano are preferred.
- Be available for full-time work Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm.
- Maintain the ability to complete at least 50 calls each shift while keeping the average consultation length between 7 and 10 minutes.
Responsibilities

- Oversee General Medicine cases by providing clinical recommendations and suggesting appropriate medications during telephone interactions.
- Ensure precise and efficient documentation by utilizing the Closed EMR system for every consultation.
- Meet established productivity metrics, such as reaching call quantity targets and adhering to specific time limits per consultation to guarantee prompt and effective service for members at all times.
