Although no technical background in AI is necessary, your professional linguistic knowledge is essential for teaching these models to interpret and communicate in Thai with human-like accuracy and nuance. You will serve as an independent contractor, overseeing audio output to guarantee that the technology captures the natural complexities of native speech and adheres to strict quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- You must be a native-level speaker of Thai, with mastery of both written and spoken components.
- You are required to hold at least a B2 level of English proficiency for effective communication.
- You are preferred to have an educational background in fields such as phonetics, linguistics, voice, music, or audio engineering.
- You are encouraged to have a history of work in transcription, linguistic evaluation, or audio analysis.
- You should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain subtle linguistic distinctions.
- You may find it beneficial to have experience in media, communications, or education.
Responsibilities
- You will audit Thai audio segments to determine how fluently and naturally they sound.
- You will verify pronunciation, authentic usage, and intonation against specific project criteria.
- You will record your evaluations in English, ensuring every assessment is accompanied by a clear, detailed justification.
- You will coordinate with project managers to resolve any uncertainties regarding language guidelines.
- You will perform these tasks to improve AI model generation and comprehension while meeting project deadlines with high-quality work.
