Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant work history in learning program administration, onboarding, or training coordination.
• Demonstrated capability in organization and time management to handle multiple concurrent trainee groups effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications like Google Sheets, paired with a high level of precision for data management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, complemented by strong communication and follow-up capabilities.
• Comfort in delivering presentations or training sessions and the ability to work independently to identify and fix operational problems.
• Must be available to work during hours that align with U.S. Eastern Time.
• Prior experience in a BPO setting, high-volume hiring, medical or HIPAA-sensitive fields, or familiarity with Google Classroom and Learning Management Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for arriving trainee cohorts while verifying that every new starter has essential tools, system access, and resources ready before their first day.
• Maintain precise logs of attendance, program completion, and individual performance, proactively escalating cases where trainees are struggling.
• Keep all training guides, curricula, and assessment tools current and accurate to ensure instructors and managers have access to the latest information.
• Contribute to the standardization of training programs for newly advanced team leads and occasionally lead instructional sessions yourself.
• Gather and analyze input from both instructors and participants to pinpoint areas for optimization and organize improvements to eliminate bottlenecks or interruptions in the training workflow.
