- You need to be capable of independent remote work and possess a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 6 Mbps for both upload and download.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the transfer of bookkeeping files between previous providers and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
- You will perform file cleanup, audit current client routines, and optimize internal workflows for better efficiency.
- You will draft and update comprehensive process documentation and interact with clients to implement and maintain procedures.
- You will track the performance of new bookkeepers during handoff phases, handle occasional catch-up bookkeeping for new or non-bookkeeping clients, and provide coverage for team members on leave.
- You will train fellow bookkeepers to ensure they are equipped to manage their assigned accounts.
